The Beaumont Elementary HSA Communication team makes it their goal to ensure parents are informed of all the great programs and volunteer opportunities available throughout the school year. Families are informed using a variety of media;
The Beaumont BLAST
The Beaumont Blast is sent out to all families via e-mail throughout the school year. HSA volunteers, the principal and school staff contribute articles and information to the Blast. This newsletter contains information about upcoming events, community programs and HSA sponsored events. The blast contains information about current curriculum and program at each grade level as well. This newsletter will keep you up to date with activities and events at Beaumont. In addition to the Beaumont Blast, communications are sent via:
- Beaumont Website (front page news)
- Mid-Week Email
- Push Notifications to your smartphone/Ipad
- Email from Homeroom Parent to class
- Social Media (Private Facebook page)
- iCalendar feeds

Email content to Principal Dr. Demming and the HSA's VP of Communications to approve.
** Please note submissions must be provided one week prior to the publication date (allowing time for appropriate parties to approve). Attachments must be in pdf form. Images must be in JPEG form.
Join the Team!
Volunteering with the HSA Communications team is the perfect way to contribute if you need a flexible schedule. Working parents can volunteer while commuting on public transport. Parents with little ones can volunteer while at home. Let us know your interest.
