The HSA is preparing the 2022-23 Beaumont Directory for print and online publication.
Before we launch the directory, we ask that you confirm your family's information is correct by visitinghttps://beaumonthsa.membershiptoolkit.com/membership_step1. Click the checkbox next to any items you do not want to appear in the directory.
If you would prefer that your family's contact information not appear in the directory, please visit https://beaumonthsa.membershiptoolkit.com/membership_publish_info and select No from the drop-down menu.
If you don't already have a Membership Toolkit account, here's what you need to do:
- Go to the Beaumont HSA website
- Select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information
- Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders
- Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process
