Dear Beaumont Families,
As a reminder, individual district-issued iPads are the only electronic devices elementary school students need to access instructional activities at school.
Per District policy and regulation, the use of personal electronic devices at the elementary school level is limited to student cell phones being turned off/set to silent mode and kept in a backpack or bookbag to avoid distraction to instruction and school day procedures. If a parent needs to be in contact with a student, please call the main office and/or communicate via email or phone call with the classroom teacher so that school staff may assist. Smart watches are included in these guidelines and should be used as a watch only – not used for texting, calling, or internet access during the school day.
