Here is a quick look at Notable Dates for rest of the 2023-2024 school calendar as of today:

• January 15, 2024: No school, MLK Day
• February 9, 2024: Staff inservice, no school for students  
• February 19, 2024: No school, Presidents Day
• February 21 - 23, 2024: Half day: elementary parent conferences grades 1 - 4; No Kindergarten
• March 25 - 29, 2024: No school, Spring Break
• April 10, 2024: No school
• April 23, 2024: Staff inservice, no school for students (UPDATED 10/23/23)
• May 27, 2024: No school, Memorial Day
• June 11, 2024: Tentative last day of school for students, half day, no kindergarten. Please visit the district page https://www.tesd.net/Page/340 for more details on emergency day closures. 

Winter Session: January 15th – February 19th, 2024 (Make-up: Week of February 26th, 2024)

The Winter season will last for (6) weeks with an additional week scheduled in case of cancellations due to snow days, assemblies, holidays or any other conflicts. Clubs meet from 4:00 - 4:50pm. Pickup will take place at the carpool circle (unless other arrangements are specified).

** There will be no clubs on 1/15 or 2/19 due to school holidays. If your child’s session is on a “NO SCHOOL” day their session will be made up the following week.

** Also there is no nurse on site during After School Clubs, since they fall outside of a school day.

The entire family is invited to join the Beaumont HSA for its Second Annual Movie Night on Friday, January 26, 2024 from 6:00-8:00pm. 

Super Mario Bros. will be shown on the BES Cafeteria “Big Screen” for all to enjoy. Children are encouraged to wear their pajamas and bring a pillow/blanket/yoga mat to use to watch the movie. Each child will receive a bag of popcorn & water. We will have other snacks and candy for purchase. **Parents/Guardians are required to attend and supervise their children, as this is not a drop off event**  

Discounted pre-sale tickets ($10 per child, $25 for families of 3+ children) will be available for purchase in January. Tickets will also be sold at the door for $12 per child, $30 for children of 3+. Parents do not need to buy a ticket.

In the past several years, donations from the HSA have funded the purchase of new benches for the playground, classroom signs and more. Donations also fund cultural arts programs and library purchases.

This year, the teachers and staff at Beaumont have asked for help supplying the following items:

• Flexible Seating for the classrooms (ie rocking style chairs) ~$500

• Sets of individual, small lap-size white boards for students in 3rd grade ~$650

• Poster maker to reinforce concepts with visuals in the classroom ~$6,000

We would love your support in providing these important items for our school.
